Dr. Richard G. Nassab, CEO
Dr. Nassab is currently the Co-Founder/Chief Executive Officer of Global Renewable Energy Services, Inc., the leading solution authority for the bio-fuels industry.
Prior to joining Global Renewable Energy Services, Inc., Dr. Nassab had been active in the development and organization of Bio-Friendly Fuel Partners, LLC, a bio-fuels company. He has a rich background of over 30 years of business experience, with more than 20 years as a senior level executive. His primary expertise is sales, business development, strategy, R&D, and organization.
During his career, Dr. Nassab has led several highly successful business and company organizations. Prior to Global Renewable Energy Services, Inc., Dr. Nassab was the Senior Vice President of Bio-Friendly Fuel Partners, LLC and president of East Bay Chiropractic where he managed and trained hundreds of chiropractic doctors and held various faculty positions at professional colleges. In addition, Dr. Nassab held executive positions with Bay Area Consolidated Tire Corporation-FFP Manufacturing, and Nassab/Savery, LLC.
Dr. Nassab’s executive skills and hands-on experience in the following areas: R&D, organization, advertising, public relations, community relations, creative services, product marketing, and sales operations combined with his experience in strategic problem solving for the alternative fuels markets makes him an invaluable asset to Global Renewable Energy Services, Inc.
Dr. Scott Beaver, Chief Science Officer
Dr. Beaver is currently the Chief Science Officer of Global Renewable Energy Services, Inc. the leading solution authority for the bio-fuels industry.
Dr. Beaver holds both B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in chemical engineering. In addition to directing Global Renewable Energy Services, Inc’s research programs, he oversees Global Renewable Energy Services, Inc’s fuel testing and quality control. Dr. Beaver has extensive expertise in biodiesel production systems as well as the evaluation and modeling of environmental impacts for renewable energy technologies. He actively publishes his research in peer reviewed journal articles in the fields of chemical process monitoring and control; database design, advanced statistical analysis, and visualization software; air quality and environmental impacts analyses; and computational biology.
Prior to joining Global Renewable Energy Services, Inc, Dr. Beaver authored and managed research contracts with the University of California, the California Air Resources Board, regional air quality study consortiums, and local government agencies. Dr. Beaver has coordinated and conducted multi-disciplinary research projects with a number of major universities and government agencies. In addition, Dr. Beaver has worked as a process engineer designing and evaluating various production systems in the performance of water treatment, bulk chemicals, and biotechnology industries.
Dr. Beaver is a proven professional with an extensive track record in the research and development of renewable energy technologies. His knowledge and experience in the biotechnology sector is an invaluable asset to Global Renewable Energy Services, Inc.
Robert Green, COO
Mr. Green currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer for Global Renewable Energy Services, Inc., the leading solution authority for the bio-fuels industry.
Mr. Green is a third generation entrepreneur launching small businesses in software consulting with Greenwave Technologies, LLC and biotechnology devices for microalgae cultivation and harvesting service and served as the president of Algae Sciences, LLC. Mr. Green serves as the Software Team Manager for Riverside Technical Services. He also writes technical articles and was recently published in SQL Server Central.
With an education in Philosophy, Computer Information Systems and Military Leadership, Mr. Green has successfully led product delivery teams deliver electronic document management, business intelligence and data management solutions to local and county governments, private sector businesses and defense contractor agencies. Sample projects delivered include transportation information systems for Dallas Area Rapid Transit, Southeast Philadelphia Transit Authority, Atlanta APM, Miami APM, Los Angeles Metro Transit Authority; data visualization and business intelligence solutions for Health First Hospital Systems, ADP Dealer Management Systems, US Army Utility Helicopter Project Management Office, Goodrich UH-60 program management office, Northrop-Grumman Battlefield Management Systems; document management and workflow solutions for Miami Dade County Employee Relations, Miami Dade County Property Appraiser and Miami Dade County Water Management, St. Lucie County Sheriffs department and TBG Financial in Century City, California.
Since 2007, Mr. Green has been involved in green industries working with AgCert Services, a pioneer in greenhouse gas mitigation projects, UNFCCC Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects involving animal waste to energy systems in the US, Brazil, Mexico, and Europe, and with Global Renewable Energy Services to bring renewable energy technologies to market and to create GRES brand products.
His service record shows progressively challenging leadership roles from platoon leader to company executive officer, leaving the Florida Army National Guard as an O-2, First Lieutenant. In 1990 Mr. Green was the youngest member of the Florida Army National Guard system to successfully negotiate Officer Candidate School.
Mr. Green holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of West Florida in Philosophy, and a post Baccalaureate degree in Computer Information Systems from Tulane University in New Orleans. He also holds several certificates and lower degrees in other business technologies. He resides in Palm Bay, Florida with his wife and children.
Sony Suzuki, Chairman
Mr. Suzuki is currently the Chairman of Global Renewable Energy Services, Inc., the leading solution authority for the bio-fuels industry.
Mr. Suzuki is a third generation filmmaker, and was born in a well-known motion picture family for Shochiku Films and Nikkatsu Films in Japan. His father was well established Director with hit titles of his time, and his grandmother was one of the top actresses in the Toki era.
He currently serves as CEO of Beverly Hills based a privately held boutique media & entertainment, investment banking and management consulting company called a6m5, and is Vice Chairman of West Wing Studios, which caters to the major clients such as Disney, SKS Dreamworks, Warner Brothers, Fox, BBC, TV Globo, Televisa and others in Hollywood California. Privately, he is Partner/COO/Executive Producer at Bin BKK Vfx in Bangkok, Thailand. He is the Chairman of Global Renewable Energy Services in Pleasanton, California, and serves as advisor to IBM and several media & technology companies in the US, Canada, Japan and Thailand. He has been advisor and consultant to the government of Japan (Ministry of Commerce/e-Japan), Bahamas (Prime Minister) and KIPA in Korea. Sony also serves as consultant to several major animation, film, television, gaming, production and technology companies throughout world.
In Thailand, Mr. Suzuki has served as senior advisor to CEO and executive board members for MCOT Channel 9 (Largest TV station), Thairath (Largest Newspaper company), Kantana Motion Picture Public Group (Largest Film Studio in South East Asia) and others. He has been on advisory board of government organizations such as Software Industry Promotion Agency of Thailand (SIPA), Federation of Motion Picture Association of Thailand, Thailand Animation & Graphic Association (TAGA), Ministry of Information, and other agencies for technology and economic development. In Malaysia, he has been developing the latest animation & CGI industry initiative called MaC3 Rendering Firm project with the Multimedia Corporation of Malaysia (MDeC) since December 2009.
Mr.Suzuki has previously held a key leadership position for IBM Corporation in the US (Formerly known as Pricewaterhosuecooper) as General Manager/Managing Partner & Asia Pacific Practice Leader. He managed IBM’s Media & Entertainment sector plus Digital Media Laboratory throughout the Asia Pacific region between 2000 and 2007 with the revenues of $200M/year for the sector, and the additional $550M/year/cross-sector for the lab.

Mr. Suzuki has developed several groundbreaking digital media solutions such as Nikkei Financials Digital Content Management System, Interactive Television for NHK, Digital Radio for NHK/BBC, Digital Studio for CCTV, Digital Dailies for Warner Brothers, etc. He has also developed IBM DM Laboratory’s the best selling solutions such as IPTC Standard e-Newsroom (Publishing/$50M/year), Cell Processor /Gaming Solution/Play Station 3 ($2B Project w/Sony & Toshiba), Digital Radio (w/BBC/NHK), Digital Production System and Media Hub (Fox, ESPAN, NHK, CBS, etc), Intelligent Studio and Smart Storage System and Automatic Banking Machine (UFJ Bank/$20M/Year).
Since 1992, he has been involved in creating, funding, producing, marketing and management of over 50 motion picture, television and industrial projects of all sizes as in-house producer/executive for both major and independent companies including: MTV, Disney, Orion Pictures, Discovery Channel, Amblin (SKS Dreamworks), Max Net (Viavcom/HBO & Showtimes), Playboy Channel and others. He taught and resided on the board of Hollywood Technical Institute until its closure in 1999. He has been professionally trained in motion picture directing, producing, 1st AD, production management, production accounting, script supervising, sound engineering and editing.
As a music producer and engineer, he has recorded his first electronic music solo recording album at age of 16, and went on to become the record label, studio owner and producer of a CBS subsidiary record company called “Global Pacific” with a state-of-art MIDI recording studios in San Francisco and Marin County, California in 1985. He produced, published, composed and worked with the well-known recording artists of its time including Jefferson Starship/Martin Belen, Yoko Ono, Kitaro, Ten Years After, Tangling Dreams, Tony Williams, Jaco Pastorious, Ravi Shankar and Testu Yamauchi (Small Faces/Rod Stewart) during the ‘80’s and ‘90’s.
As Partner of one of the top management consulting firms for Fortune 500 / World 1000 Corporation, Mr. Suzuki has been the catalyst in developing business transformation strategies and/or management strategies for the leading institutions such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Renault, Nikkei Financial, Wall Street Journal Digital, Business Weekly, AT&T, American Airline, United Airline, Coca-Cola, New York Times, the government of United States, Japan, Bahamas, Sri Lanka and several other companies ranging from start-ups to large size. In 1997, he worked with a UN/UNICEF to help launch youth broadcasting development program and has set up low-cost TV stations and trained the journalists throughout the South East Asia.
Mr. Suzuki’s system design and work as been subjected to several awards such as: “Japan Newspaper Association’s Technical Excellence Award (2002)”, “Journalist’s Technical Award” in London (2006), IBM Digital Media Award (2003) and many others. He has been the member of “Who’s Who in the US Business Executive” since 1989.
Mr.Suzuki holds a MBA from Loyola Mount University, and various trainings & course certifications from Harvard Business School, MIT, George Washington University and UCLA as well as IBM Global Institute for various business, technology, legal, accounting, motion picture art and medical management. He has also co-developed and taught “IBM eBusiness System” for IBS consultant’s competency development and quality assurance e program at IBM Global Institute in New York.
Jim Nissing, General Council
Mr. Nissing is currently the General Council of Global Renewable Energy Services, Inc., the leading solution authority for the bio-fuels industry.
Mr. Nissing is a Washington State based attorney specializing in corporate law and finance. For 28 years he has worked with numerous companies at varied stages of development, from start-up through financing and operation. His focus is on the legal, financial, and creative aspects of several companies.
Mr. Nissing has a Juris Doctorate degree from Seattle University School of Law and a BA degree from the University of Washington. Jim is a member of the Washington State Bar Association. He also is chairman of Concordance Group, a firm which specialized in financial management, investment banking, contract management and real estate development. In addition, he has been president of a number of real estate related enterprises, a financial management firm, and a securities trading company. He has invested in and directed numerous start-ups.
Mr. Nissing has represented entities against Ford Motor Co, GMAC, Citibank, Chase, and the National Football League. His law firm represents corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and individuals in their business-related matters, including business entity structuring, seed and primary equity offerings, valuation, incorporation, general corporate governance, intellectual property, technology, media, entertainment, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing business-related legal advice.
Mr. Nissing has been an advisor to the University of Washington, US Department of Education, numerous real estate syndications, numerous internet companies, and West Wing Studios.
Mr. Nissing has assisted individuals and businesses to determine their appropriate corporate structure, limit their liability, protect their assets, and advance their financial, real estate, and personal goals. He has published nine books on real estate investing, financial planning and other investments. In addition to setting up the corporate structure he has worked with private placement memorandums, valuation, stock allocation, negotiations with venture capitalists and business plans. His firm has formed and advised non profit corporations and has negotiated with the US Department of Education for federal indirect cost rates.
In the area of business law his firm has drafted and negotiated employment contracts, independent contractor agreements, consultant agreements, manufacturing agreements, license agreements, non disclosure agreements, sales agreements, assignments and sales of trademarks, copyrights and patents, and distribution agreements. His firm has secured copyrights and trademarks and participated in patent litigation. He has worked with the formation of partnerships, limited partnerships and limited liability companies.
In the area of entertainment law his firm has represented independent film companies. He has negotiated literary purchase agreements, publishing agreements, screenplay employment agreements, producer's/director's agreements, performer's agreements, releases, option agreements, recording, screenplay, video and art licensing agreements, collaboration agreements, video production and sale agreements, broadcast agreements, trade show and consumer show agreements and work for hire and independent contractor agreements.

He has advised developers and contractors on land use planning, review committees, zoning, and financing. He has negotiated commercial and residential construction contracts and subcontractor agreements. He has drafted commercial and residential leases and lease options, and worked with foreclosures and tax sales. He has filed evictions and specific performance actions. For real estate brokers he has drafted salesperson agreements, commercial and residential purchase and sale agreements and negotiated financing agreements.
Mr. Nissing owns Northwest Real Estate Network, a real estate brokerage in Olympia, Washington. He also owns a financial management firm, a mortgage brokerage company and a real estate development firm.
In the past 28 years Mr. Nissing and his real estate development firms, have closed over $250,000,000 in transactions. The company has built new homes, and developed mobile home parks, rv parks, apartments and commercial office space. Also the company has managed several hundred properties, including mobile home parks, rv parks, apartments, and office buildings.

Chris Hawke, C.F.O.
Mr. Hawke currently serves as a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Global Renewable Energy Services, Inc., the leading solution authority for the bio-fuels industry.
In 1981, Mr. Hawke joined Touche Ross, one of the eight largest public accounting firms in the world. Mr. Hawke practiced job cost and financial accounting for retail, service, and manufacturing businesses. He prepared corporate, individual, partnership, and expatriate tax returns for various individual and business entities.
In 1984, Mr. Hawke joined the Real Estate Industries Group of Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Hawke was responsible for the underwriting and project feasibility analysis including market, cost, cash flow and budget analyses for various types of corporate real estate transactions. In addition, Mr. Hawke was responsible for the negotiation of loan structures, oversight of legal documentation, closings, and loan administration of the Real Estate Industries Group’s real estate transactions.
In 1986, Mr. Hawke started his career in residential real estate development by joining The William Lyon Company. Mr. Hawke eventually became the Southern California Division President and later moved to Northern California to become the Northern California Division President. Mr. Hawke was responsible for the supervision and management of a staff of over 150 highly dedicated professionals, including project managers, construction, sales and marketing, customer service, and accounting personnel. Mr. Hawke’s responsibilities included land acquisition, cash flow and financial proforma analysis, budget and cost analysis for project development, entitlement and development agreement processing (local, state, and federal), management of engineering services, architectural and site plan design, project and division presentations to financial joint venture partners and lenders, management of construction, customer service, and sales and marketing activities.
In 1997, Mr. Hawke was hired by Catellus Residential Group to establish and lead a new home building operation in Northern California. Mr. Hawke was responsible for the supervision and management of all operation activities for Catellus Residential Group’s Northern California Division, including cash flow and financial proforma analysis, project budget and cost analysis, land acquisition, entitlement, project architecture and site plan design, construction, sales and marketing, and customer service. Mr. Hawke was responsible for the acquisition and development of a number of residential communities for Catellus Residential Group located throughout Northern California including the successful acquisition, entitlement, and planning for the conversion and revitalization of the Fleet Industrial Supply Center of the Alameda Naval Air Station into a mixed-use development consisting of 300 units of housing, 400,000 square feet of office, 300,000 square feet of retail, one and a half miles of new waterfront plaza and promenade, elementary school site, and neighborhood parks. Mr. Hawke also managed a portion of the conversion of a 122 acre industrial development in Union City into a new master planned residential community of 600 homes, neighborhood parks, trails, and elementary school site. Catellus Residential Group built 100 of the homes and sold the rest of the land to merchant builders. Mr. Hawke successfully worked with the City to mitigate environmental issues associated with the site including residual pesticides and railway contaminants which qualified for super fund disposal.
In 2000, Mr. Hawke became a principal of Mission Valley Properties. Mission Valley Properties was formed by a group of home building executives to primarily focus on the acquisition of raw land for the purpose of entitling the land and selling the property to home building firms. Mr. Hawke managed all aspects of land acquisition, entitlement, and sale of portfolio properties.
Mr. Hawke has over 22 years of experience in the management of home building operations in 27 Cities and Counties across the state of California and has been responsible for the entitlement and development of over 12,568 residential homes with an asset value exceeding $3.0 billion dollars. Mr. Hawke has experience in creating innovative residential communities and sustainable mixed-use developments including the redevelopment of urban land and the transformation of former military bases into developments that include residential, commercial, and retail uses.
Mr. Hawke earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Hawke has served as the past President of the Home Builders Association of Northern California-Eastern Division and is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of Northern California and Orange County, California. Mr. Hawke is a California Licensed Contractor (License Number 805024).

Dr. Peter O’Hara, VP Technology
Dr. O’Hara is currently a Director of Global Renewable Energy Services, Inc., the leading solution authority for the bio-fuels industry.
Prior to joining Global Renewable Energy Services, Inc., Dr. O’Hara had been active in the fuels and recycling arena. He has a rich background of over 30 years of business experience in the investing of oil and gas production and retail companies. He is a current partner in Consolidated Tire Co.
Dr. O’Hara has been a chiropractor since 1970. During his career he has developed a very successful Chiropractic practice. He has been at the forefront of the Chiropractic profession having designed multiple instruments and varied pieces of professional chiropractic equipment, implemented teaching programs for several Chiropractic Colleges across the United States, trained and managed hundreds of Chiropractors, supervised 22 professional instructors, and managed three Chiropractic offices.
Dr. O’Hara is a proven entrepreneur with an extensive track record. His organization abilities have driven his businesses in the past and will serve to drive the future of Global Renewable Energy Services, Inc.
Dr. Randel Yano, VP Agricultural Land Resources
Dr. Yano is currently a Director of Global Renewable Energy Services, Inc., the leading solution authority for the bio-fuels industry.
Prior to joining Global Renewable Energy Services, Inc., Dr. Yano has been actively involved in the ranching and farming business in the California Central Valley. Global Renewable Energy Services, Inc. brought Dr. Yano to our board for his extensive knowledge and contacts in the farming community. Dr. Yano has a broad background in research and development of the agricultural business sector. His agricultural experience is a valuable asset to GRES in the development of its bio-fuel feedstock component. In addition to Dr. Yano’s agricultural business, he has managed a successful Chiropractic practice for over 27 years.
Dr Yano is very active in his community holding various board positions in his local church and school organizations including, the Buddhist Church, Clay Elementary School, and the California School Boards Association.
Dr. Yano is a proven professional with an extensive agricultural business background. His knowledge of the agricultural business is of tremendous importance to the ongoing development of the business platforms of Global Renewable Energy Services, Inc.
